Julie
I currently am a licensed Property Manager in the state of Oregon. I work hard to always stay up to date on ever changing rules and regulations. I have 15 years experience working for the state in human resources. I decided to leave the state so that I could work with my husband managing and operating our family owned business, which is what I have done for the last 15 years. I have managed small commercial property as well as residential property for over 15 years. Growing up on a farm I learned the importance of treating people well, working hard and honoring a person’s word. I will always treat you with respect and work hard to earn yours. I enjoy helping owners maximize their property and secure long term tenants. It’s great to see a tenants surprise when we take time to meet them, listen to their needs and follow through on projects. Owners are always amazed at the things we can accomplish because we take time to make sure our tenants are happy.
Frank
After serving in the Military in 1971 I decided to open my own business, so I have over 34 years experience owning and managing my family owned retail furniture rental & sales business. I also have had extensive experience in various facets of property maintenance and construction since 1979, including building my current retail building. Currently along with Vince I own and operate our family owned Real Estate business. I enjoy working with tenants, customers and investors to find solutions that meet their needs.
Renee
I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from Colorado State University as well as a Post-Bacheloreate Degree in Accounting from Portland State University. I have been active in the business and accounting sectors for over 10 years, working for multiple large international companies as well as smaller businesses. During that time I have also worked in our family-owned real estate business managing property and ensuring high occupancy rates. I have many years experience working with respective housing authorities, their systems, paperwork and processes to assist tenants and keep units rented. I enjoy finding creative ways rent property quickly! I also truly enjoy helping people find their next “home” by taking time to talk to them and really hear what they are looking for. I believe that truly exceptional customer service is what makes our company unique.
