Your owner maintenance preferences are detailed in your account, and this will determine our level of communication with you throughout the maintenance process.

If RentCheck is used, it also requires us to approve the inspection or ask for more details - these inspections actually provide you with the highest quality inspection, including photos and descriptions of any issues. Additional inspections may be done as needed.  Our goal is to ensure your property remains in excellent shape and tenants are satisfied.
